PROJECT INTRO

Apeejay Real Estate has a strong reputation for providing top-notch commercial properties, business centers, and logistics solutions in India.

Apeejay Business Centre, a part of the group, specializes in offering fully-equipped private offices and shared workspaces for businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking premium workspaces with flexible solutions. The idea was to build an application tied to a mobile app that would help the ABC group and their users to book properties for official work in the form of offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and co-working spaces among others and manage the same.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

The previous application lacked seamless navigation which resulted in a heightened bounce rate.

Designing an intuitive UI that showcases various office options, amenities, and booking details in a simple yet informative manner was a critical challenge. Also, integrating real-time data such as property availability, pricing, and booking status from different locations into the app required efficient backend systems and APIs.

PROJECT SOLUTION

We built the mobile app in the latest tech stack of Flutter.

We adopted a user-centric design approach, emphasizing simplicity, clarity, and easy navigation to provide a seamless experience for users. We used MySQL database to build an app that was much more user friendly and fluid. It is cloud hosted on AWS. This automatically resulted in lesser bounce rate and saw an increase in the number of bookings and inquiries. The app was built to perform on Android as well as iOS alike and is currently conquering both.
