PROJECT INTRO

Apeejay-Crew is a specialized mobile application designed to streamline the recruitment process for maritime professionals.

The app enables users to apply for seafaring positions, submit and manage their CVs, and provides administrators with comprehensive tools to oversee all aspects of the recruitment process.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

The primary challenge was to develop a user-friendly mobile application that caters to both applicants and administrators within the maritime industry.

The application needed to facilitate seamless job applications, CV submissions, and provide administrative functionalities for managing job postings, reviewing candidate profiles, and overseeing the recruitment workflow.

PROJECT SOLUTION

To address these challenges, we developed the Apeejay-Crew mobile application, ensuring an intuitive interface and robust functionality.

LApplicants can easily browse available positions, submit applications, and manage their CVs within the app. Administrators have access to a comprehensive dashboard that allows them to post new job opportunities, review candidate profiles, and manage the overall recruitment process efficiently. The application also includes features such as real-time notifications to keep users informed about application statuses and new job postings. By providing a centralized platform for both applicants and administrators, Apeejay-Crew enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of maritime recruitment operations.
